Required Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment

• Fluency in English (IELTS, TOEFL certificates are preferred)

• High communication and persuasion skills

• To be prone to teamwork

• To be successful in business follow-up

• Being open to self-improvement

• To have a good command of MS Office programs

• Aiming to work internationally in recruitment

Job Description:

• Playing an active role in all recruitment processes

• Evaluating job applications and finding suitable candidates

• Edit the list of eligible candidates

• Conducting preliminary interviews with candidates

• Follow-up and reporting of the processes following the preliminary interviews
