We are currently looking for an "Project Execution Coordinator" for our factory in Beylikduzu/Istanbul, Turkey.
This is a full-time, on-site position.

A JOB THAT MATTERS: Your Tasks

• Planning and coordinating installation orders for installers based on purchase orders submitted by the Sales Department and take responsibility for the efficiency of the installations carried out.
• Maintaining contact with customers and organise technical and operational arrangements.
• Closely cooperating with Sales and Service department.
• Negotiating installation costs with subcontractors.
• Pre-invoicing acceptance of completed installation orders, forecast a monthly value of closed orders.
• Expanding own knowledge and improve skills in connection with the role and responsibility, participate in trainings and meetings organized by the company.
• Complying with applicable procedures, rules and standards of the company, follow health and safety procedures in the workplace, use Personal protective equipment where required.
• Participating in trainings and meetings organized by the company, expand own knowledge and improve needed skills in relation to the position and responsibility.
End-to-end monitoring of subcontractor entitlement processes.

EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS: Your Skills

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Civil Engineering, or relevant fields.
• Experience in installation & subcontractors' progress payment tracking in building material industry, is a must.
• Excellent command of written and spoken Turkish and English. (Advanced
• Strong communication, coordination, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong commitment to integrating sustainability principles into project design and execution.
• Time allocated for individual types of orders, meeting deadlines, proactive interaction with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to reach to our factory in Beylikduzu.
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed to oversee execution, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with project objectives.
