Role Overview


We are looking for a Paid Search Specialist (PPC) based in Turkey to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will develop and execute performance marketing strategies that focus on maximizing ROI and driving conversions. You will be responsible for managing substantial advertising budgets, conducting in-depth data analysis, and working closely with Account Managers and the SEO team to ensure a unified and impactful marketing approach. If you are experienced in performance marketing and passionate about delivering exceptional results, we want you on our team.


Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Create and implement robust performance marketing strategies with a focus on maximizing ROI and enhancing conversion rates across various digital platforms.
• Budget Optimization: Manage and optimize significant monthly advertising budgets to ensure exceptional financial efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Perform thorough data analysis to track campaign performance and generate detailed reports that inform strategic adjustments.
• Collaborative Integration: Work closely with Account Managers and the SEO team to align marketing efforts, ensuring a cohesive and successful approach that drives client results.

Skills & Qualifications

• Performance Marketing Expertise: Extensive experience in running performance marketing campaigns, particularly with Google Ads.
• Budget Management: Proven track record in managing substantial monthly ad budgets, demonstrating an ability to deliver high-impact results.
• English Proficiency: Strong English communication and reporting skills, with the capability to clearly present complex data and insights.
• Familiarity with advertising on platforms such as Tik Tok, Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, and experience with Programmatic ads.
