Operations Supervisor

The role holder will assist all Regional and Turkey Underwriters (UW) in policy administration and servicing across multiple Lines of Business. Also the role holder will assist Turkey Operations Team Leader.

- Servicing UW requests based on agreed service levels
- Assisting UW in underwriting and policy generation tasks. Also support and organize UW teams additional tasks.
- Ensure timely issuance of policies, certificates, invoices & other documentation.
- Timely registration of premiums and maintenance of accurate policy records on Chubb systems.
- Assisting UW with basic information through research to help evaluation of Client business, Support internal departments like Claims, Credit Control and Finance by researching and providing information as appropriate and supporting the closure of Open Items.
- Build relationships and have regular contacts with Brokers/Clients assisting them in Policy related queries under the guidance of Underwriter.
- Assist Multinational Unit when required.
- Assist and if necessary, organize workload capacity according to responsibility areas.
- Backup Turkey Operations Team Leader when if necessary.
- Adhere to Company Policies and Procedures.
- Observing responsibility area team members, pro actively provide inspecting and training actions if necessary.
- For both Turkey and Dubai areas reconciling production figures according to requirements of IFRS. Take action for needs improvements areas and also corrections if needed.
- Maintenance of accurate policy records in Chubb systems.
- Perform Quality Management and premium Registration checks and also submissions.
- Adhere to Credit Control Quality Management Process for closure of outstanding open items.Issue policy document as per instructions received from Underwriter
- Perform policy servicing of New Business accounts, Endorsements, Cancellations, Adjustments & Certificate Issuance for both Turkey and Dubai.
- Ensure adherence with Service Level Agreements.
- Achieve individual and responsibility areas productivity and quality goals.
- Work within the framework of Chubb ethical and service standards.
- Support responsibility area team members designated by Operations Manager in meeting service expectations & Knowledge Transfer and training.

- Prior experience of servicing insurance programmes or servicing multinational or international programmes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish
