Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews
• Support onboarding initiatives to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
• Administer employee benefits and compensation programs
• Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and encourage career growth
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback
• Support the resolution of employee relations issues and improve workplace culture
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in HR roles
• Excellent command of the English language
• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
• Familiarity with local employment laws and regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
• Proactive attitude, with a passion for fostering a positive work environment
