Growth Manager (Crypto Exchange Platform)

Location: Turkey (remote)
Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at a leading crypto exchange platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that increase revenue, expand our customer base, and drive growth in our business.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities with potential customers and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including decision-makers at potential partners, and industry influencers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the crypto exchange industry.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential partners to showcase our products and services.
- Negotiate and close contracts with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales or related field.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of the crypto exchange industry and market trends.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
