What you will do
At Volvo PENTA you will contribute to the transformation of our company. We are seeking a team member to fill the position of Temporary Logistics and Import Responsible within Volvo Penta Turkey.
The position responsible for forming and following up sales orders for the customers smoothly, while also coordinating the transport and payment process with Sweden. Moreover, this position is responsible for following accounts receivable accounts and cash collection.

Key Responsibilities
- Creation and tracking of sales orders
- Informing customers when sales orders are ready
- Organizing transports with Sweden
- Coordinating payment processes with Sweden after sales transactions are completed
- Following up customer accounts receivable
- Planning participation in annual trade fairs
- Managing sectoral magazine marketing activities on a quarterly basis
Who are you?
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in fields such as Foreign Trade, International Trade, and Logistics
- Max of 3 years of experience
- Ability to effectively manage time pressure
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications
- Customer-oriented, results-driven, effective communicator, and collaborative team player.
