Executive Assistant Associate
You will be responsible for assisting Factory Lead Turkey, supplying reliable supportive services to all GSC Manufacturing Team members for the entire administrative matters when required, and responsible for all clerical and secretarial duties in the field and acting as a liaison upward, downward, and laterally.

Executive Assistant Associate
You will be responsible for assisting Factory Lead Turkey, supplying reliable supportive services to all GSC Manufacturing Team members for the entire administrative matters when required, and responsible for all clerical and secretarial duties in the field and acting as a liaison upward, downward, and laterally.
Position:
The Executive Assistant Associate will:
- Assists Cluster Operations Lead on his daily operational works & schedule (incl. English<>Turkish interpretation at shopfloor/meetings and documents translation)
- Answers, screens, and makes necessary telephone calls on his behalf
- Organizes management events and assists company events preparation
- Planning, organizing, and coordinating appointments & meetings
- Preparation of meeting minutes, consolidation of presentations and reports
- Issuing and communicating management decisions, memos, reports, and agendas
- Leads day-to-day office administration
- Assists guests with factory visits Plans and follows Factory Management’s budget
- University degree in related fields
- Advanced level of English knowledge
- Advanced level of MS Office applications knowledge
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, planning, and administrative skills
- Result-oriented, and well-organized
- Effective time management and priority setting in solving problems Military services must be completed for male candidates
