Prior work experience requirements:
Min. 3 years of experience in the Accounts functioning of small to medium size company.

Data Entry, Monthly and yearly Depreciation, Assist in Internal and External Audit.
Documentation / Process
- Inventory control, reporting and management.
- Input all Accounting Entries in system
- Monthly Bank Reconciliation for all bank and with Singapore office.
- Monthly VAT calculations, reconciliation and submission for credit
- Maintain Fixed Asset Register, Monthly Depreciation and reconciliation.
- Intercompany Reconciliation.
- Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, and Half Yearly and Yearly Management accounts on time and submit for the Management Review. For overseas operations.
- Assist in Internal Audit of all the offices, on monthly, quarterly, and half yearly and yearly.
- MIS with Singapore head office.
- Assist on logistics, freight booking and also export documents.
- Currency conversion and payment to suppliers
