We are currently seeking a proactive and self-motivated CDM Intern to join the Client Marketing team for 6 months to learn and develop skills within client marketing.

Job responsibilities

• Support the Senior Client Marketing Manager and CDM team for operations.
• Handle client treatments implementation such as Birthday Gift, Client domestic and overseas trip.
• Monitor Direct Marketing tools and associated operations:
• Collect catalogues, look books and gifting requests from the Boutiques and place orders with HQ.
• Receive and dispatch communication tools and gifting, etc.
• Ensure smooth process of CDM actions and maintain goal focus within the Boutiques.
• Participate in projects related to CRM activities.
• Handle and support to all boutique requests in terms of CDM suach as gifting, sponteneous treatment
• Support in the Boutique events both preperation and implementation
• Support occasionally the Marketing department in the organisation of events/activities.
• Monitor strong client’s attendance to in-store events.
• All other tasks assigned within the client marketing department.

• Available to work on Mon - Fri, 9 am – 6 pm

• Work Experience & Education

• University or College Degree in relevant field

• Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications ( Excel , Word, Power Point) and email skills required
• Fluent in English both written and spoken is essential
• Strong understanding of retail business operations.
• Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills.
• Quick adaptation to a new software/system.
• Time management skills, committed, flexible, self-motivated.
