Role Overview:
The Marketing and Admissions Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives and oversee the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment. The role will involve promoting the school to prospective families, conducting school tours, and managing recruitment events, while also working closely with various departments to ensure cohesive messaging and outreach.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase the school’s visibility and attract new students.
• Oversee and manage the admissions process, ensuring a smooth experience for prospective families from inquiry through to enrollment.
• Lead informative and engaging school tours for prospective students and their families.
• Organize and participate in recruitment events and initiatives, collaborating with various departments to maximize outreach.
• Analyze and report on marketing and admissions data, providing insights to improve future strategies.

Key Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing and admissions, ideally within an educational setting.
• Fluency in both Thai and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in leading school tours and presenting the school’s offerings in an engaging manner.
