We are seeking a skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team to develop, implement and realize the account strategy and plan for Thailand, within the category strategy and plan, and corporate requirements and guidelines, in order to ensure the realization of planned business results and long term customer relationship objectives are achieved.

Your key responsibilities:

• To set up, coordinate & execute specific Accounts tactics & plans to realize pre-defined / agreed sales and overall customer relationship objectives, both for the short- and long term.
  
• Define and implement a strategic account plan for key dairy accounts in Thailand. Translate plans into Financial profitability and goals both strategically and tactically and be accountable for top line profit.
  
• Monitor and coordinate the execution of the account plan, report on the basis of defined performance indicators and take corrective actions, in order to achieve the results.
  
• Build sustainable cross layer networks in the defined accounts
  
• Identify long term business opportunities with the account(s) and include these in the account strategy and plan.
  
• Define and Implement projects with focus on key products, processes and innovation, and decide on clear PMP structure and accountabilities
  

You bring:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical or ingredient sales for cultures, enzymes or hydrocolloids or previously having worked for a dairy manufacturer in a technical capacity
  
• Knowledge of food and dairy industry in Thailand and history of working in the Thai Food and Nutrition Industry.
  
• Knowledge of dsm-firmenich ingredients and solutions including starter cultures and enzymes, nutritional ingredients, hydrocolloids and flavours
  
• Able to travel up to 40% of the time
  
• Fluent in both Thai and English (written and verbal)
