【Main responsibilities】

1. Data Collection and Analysis:

• Gather, clean, and analyze data from various sources to support strategic business decisions.
• Utilize Power BI and Excel to create insightful visualizations and dashboards.
• Conduct statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

2. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to understand specific data needs and requirements.
• Translate business inquiries into analytical tasks and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Participate actively in team meetings, providing data-driven insights and contributing to strategy discussions.
• Establish and maintain clear communication channels to ensure alignment on project objectives and milestones.
• Provide administrative support to the team.

3. Skill Enhancement:

• Enhance proficiency in advanced data visualization and reporting tools.
• Gain practical experience in applying business analytics methodologies to real-world scenarios.
• Integrate data-driven insights into business operations and decision-making processes.
• Engage in continuous learning through tailored training sessions and mentorship opportunities.

【Who can apply?】

• Must be a university student in the third year or above or a graduate student.
• Working time: at least 2.5 days per week.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI and Excel; familiarity with R, SQL, Python and Power Automate is a plus.
