Business Analyst

• Commercial Excellence:
  • Proactively participate in business activities to uncover and to identify opportunities for business growth

  • Facilitate and improve implementations of commercial strategies and tactics with analytical initiatives

  • Deliver data-driven insights to answer business questions raised by stakeholders across a wide spectrum of business functions (Marketing, Sales, SFE and Finance…etc.)
• Data Analytics
  • Develop and maintain dashboards according to business requirements

  • Develop and maintain data pipelines between database and dashboard solutions

  • Ensure latest operational metrics are accurately loaded into BI solutions within timely fashion

  • Maintain process and documentation to ensure implementations follow best practices

  • Administer access rights and policies to ensure data security is properly controlled

  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or data science related majors.
• (Required) 3-5 years of experience in data analytical functions
• (Highly preferred) 2-3 years of experience in consulting functions
• Highly curious and able to quickly learn new knowledge and skillsets
• Demonstrate behaviour of continuous improvements and mindset of ownership thinking
• Affinity to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, plan out project milestones, and execute according to timeline
• Fluency in English (TOEIC > 700)
• Proficiencies with Technical:

• Python, SQL, Snowflake, DBT, Excel, Power Query, Git, Power BI

• Communication & Project Management: Azure Dev Ops, UIUX, Data Storytelling

• Github portfolio to showcase past experience and expertise
