AWS Marketing Response Center Representative (MRC), Industry, MRC GCR , MTM/GDO/GDSC/MRC

- Bachelor’s degree, a technical background in engineering, computer science or MIS is a plus but not compulsory.
- 5+ years of specific segment (Enterprise), or Industry in Telemarketing or customer engagement role.
- Understand customer use cases, buying group, decision process, know how to engage with customer in different stage.
- 3 - 5 years of work experience in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization - high-tech products/services.
- Proven success in doing business development and marketing calls and juggling multiple projects in a high growth environment where priorities shift fast.
AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.
Key job responsibilities
- Perform calls to nurture leads with information/campaigns to increase their understanding of the AWS portfolio, the value proposition and relevant use cases for AWS services.
- Respond to customers’ inquiries in a timely manner to accelerate their cloud journey
- Educate customers that are in the beginning of the cloud journey and move them from warm or little interest to active interest; education to consideration.
- Through tele-profiling, researching and nurturing efforts you will create higher value leads resulting in higher sales conversion rates.
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders (Sales team, Partner team, Marketing team...) to achieve campaign customer engagement goals while ensuring exceptional internal & external customer satisfaction.
- Leading the specific segment/industry campaign conversation with stakeholders to improve the campaign efficiency and customer experience.
- Assess what knowledge gaps exist about the customer segment and recommend next steps to improve customer experience within MRC team and external stakeholders.
MRC is an important customer engagement arm in the Marketing organization. Our mission is to learn from customers, understand their needs, and educate them about the benefits of AWS and all the services we offer, in order to help them embark on their cloud journey quickly and easily. It is a critical function within the lead and demand generation process, with the objective to profile, nurture, and qualify marketing leads generated from various marketing events, campaigns, and activities.
We are looking for talented builders to join the Global MRC team based either in Taipei to engage with AWS new and prospective customers. The targeted talent should have experience in specific segment or industry, able to identify pain points and propose solutions in the customer journey/experience, to address specific customer/segment needs. With experience in Industry/Segment inbound demand generation and lead management campaigns, to increase the quality of Marketing Inbound Leads through targeted profiling and nurturing activities. (ps: this is not a field sales customer facing role). In this role, you work with a highly talented, dynamic and fun team, targeting existing leads with campaigns and information designed to improve the lead quality and sales conversion rates. As customer facing window, you will help build the bridge to improve customer experience in AWS marketing campaigns, and accelerate customer cloud journey. Working with marketing team to improve campaign efficiency, and engage with sales team to improve the conversion rate.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification / AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate.
