The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an Activation Marketer, provide input to marketing planning, program and calendar development and competitive intelligence. Localize and execute on globally aligned campaigns. Here, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

1. Input to area teams(Area portfolio, NPI and segment marketing):

• Provide input to marketing planning, program and calendar development.
• Competitive intelligence
• Align to campaign outcome/input/results
• NPI voice of market, ideas, local needs

2. Manage local calendar of execution

3. Demand gen at local layer:

• Leads gen campaign for industrial and bioprocessing market
• Industrial and bioprocessing key account project collaboration

4.Channels:

• Major focus on driving industrial and bioprocessing market business growth
• Channel partner engagement/execution of through channel marketing plans
• Sales partnership and engagement-delivering programs/promotions/new product materials to field sales; close alignment/partnership with sales team to deliver programs

5.Marketing:

• Promotion with demand forecast planning
• Local market requirements- Trade show, customer events.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above;
• Industrial and bioprocessing market and industry experience is preferred.
• 5+ years experience in marketing function with solid marketing knowledge and skills; good knowledge and experience in marketing campaign and promotion calendar management, market and trends analysis, New Product Launch campaign, etc.
• Analytical skills, strategic thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving capability;
• Excellent coordination and communication skills;
• Excellent command in both written and oral English;
