Location: Taiwan, Taichung

Your Responsibilities:

• Customer contact window to keep equipment performance of the advanced nano-lithography machine within the required specifications.
• Regular monitoring, analyzing and troubleshooting of machine performance
• Providing first line application support by controlling the multi-beam mask writer
• Documentation and reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Co-work for constant improvement projects and rollout of new features
• Lead technical escalation and be communication interface to support lines in Taiwan and HQ in Austria

Your Qualifications:

• You have a higher degree (BSc or MSc) in physics, chemistry or engineering.
• You have at least 3 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry (ideally customer facing).
• You have excellent English skills to communicate within our global multi-cultural teams (min. TOEIC 800).
• You are a team player with strong communication ability who is eager to continuously improve the use of interpersonal skills.
• You have a customer-oriented mindset and are tech-savy while interested in further personal development..
• You understand complex technical content easily and clearly while using your analytical skills and technical knowledge.
• You know how to finish tasks independently but are also used to work in teams.
• You are well organized, assertive and able to cope with challenges.
• You make informed decisions in stress situations while remaining resilient.
• You have worked with Python, Office solutions and Linux before
