A prestigious Swiss organisation and Workday customer is seeking a skilled Workday Expert to oversee its HR Security and Data structures. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a senior role within a dedicated HR technology team, driving the optimisation of Workday in a dynamic international environment.
This is a permanent role, hybrid in Zurich. Salary on offer is competitive and up to CHF 150k + bonus for experienced applicants.

With a broad view of the system, the new Workday Expert will manage, maintain and improve complex Workday Data and Security structures, tailored to the needs and regulations of specific countries and business units. You will oversee and manage existing configurations, as well as meeting any future business needs by analysing current processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing new solutions. You will work cross-functionally as part of a high-performing team, working across various tools to enhance HR processes.
Workday HCM Expert – Security & Data Management – Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Workday Security, including the ability to maintain and configure Security groups and roles, as well as access and permissions
• Experience of managing Data in Workday, ensuring integrity and accuracy, as well as efficient data flow within Workday and through external interfaces
• Knowledge of Workday Integrations will be considered a strong plus
• Good general knowledge of Workday, including reporting, functional configuration and support models
• Outstanding communication skills: fluency in English is a must, knowledge of German and/or French is an advantage
