• Provide both technical and administrative leadership for a segment of the Data Management team (approximately 15 employees)
• Take on content responsibility with the team for:
  • Leading the migration of our services to the cloud, playing a crucial role in shaping our future through technology and team development
  • Continuously adapting the system to implement new business requirements and integrating them end-to-end into the application landscape
  • Creating new reports in various formats
  • Setting up and configuring new ETL processes
  • Evaluating and introducing the latest technologies
  • Shaping the future of Worldline Business Intelligence
  • Maintaining and optimizing the data platform and reporting systems
  • Providing productive support with the team (24/7)

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Management, or Information Technology
• Leadership mindset, ideally with direct line mangement experience
• Practical experience with data management, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Deep and comprehensive knowledge of data management functions and tools: metadata, standardization/validation services, data quality, reference and master data management
• Customer-oriented, analytical, and independent working style
• Experience with technologies such as:
  • PL/SQL Oracle DB systems, Postgre SQL, My SQL
  • DB and DWH architecture as well as SQL query tuning
  • Google Cloud, serverless architectures, Terraform, or Cloud Formation
  • Informatica Power Center or other ETL tools
  • Git Lab / Git Hub
• Fluent in German and English
