Your qualifications

• Academic excellence : Master’s degree in engineering, Science, Technology, or related fields with outstanding academic records
• Industry knowledge : Knowledge of WMS tools for warehousing, SAP EWM for logistics and transfers, SAP APO, PP, PP/DS, or ANAPLAN for planning, and ARIBA for procurement. Knowledge of process design, optimization, and implementation for supply chain management
• Consulting experience : Up to 5 years of management consulting or project experience in digital transformation, supply chain management, or logistics in Life Science, Consumer Products & Retail, Manufacturing, or High-Tech sectors. Exposure to project management for complex transformation projects using agile frameworks and tools is preferred
• Conceptual talent : Structured work capacity and high analytical skills to solve complex problems with a positive mindset and enthusiasm. Lateral thinking and ability to bridge technology, strategic evaluation, and practical implementation. Eagerness to learn, adapt to uncertain situations, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Communication and presentation skills : fluent in English (written and spoken). German (Zurich/Basel) or French skills (Lausanne/Geneva) are mandatory (C1 level). Excellent communication, presentation, and moderation skills
• Digital affinity: very good MS Office skills
