Our Workforce & Organization team in Switzerland is looking for a Senior Consultant or a Manager to join one of our offices (Zurich, Lausanne, Geneve).

Bring to life what's next

• Implementation support and management of business and IT projects in the area of HR, with a focus on transformations in the area of digital HR.
• Programme and project management in national and international environments.
• Conception of HR and HR IT strategies and HR target operating models in the context of HR cloud implementations.
• Support and implementation of organizational, process-related, IT-related and personnel changes in the HR organization.
• Planning and management of training measures.
• Efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT.

Your qualifications

• Academic excellence : outstanding bachelor’s or master’s degree in a renowned University or University of Applied Sciences in the field of Economics, Social Sciences, or Information Technology.
• Industry knowledge : several years of practical project experience in the field of digital transformation in at least one of the following industries: Insurance, Consumer Goods & Retail, Manufacturing, and Life Science. Comprehensive knowledge of HR work, as well as HR strategy, organization, and processes.
• Consulting experience : practical experience in (partial) project management in the HR environment.
• Conceptual talent : rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work i.e., efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT. A structured work style with a fun approach to solving complex tasks. Commitment and self-responsibility to deadlines. Eagerness to learn and adapt in uncertain situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Communication and presentation skills : fluent in English (written and spoken). German (Zurich/Basel) or French skills (Lausanne/Geneva) are mandatory (C1 level). Strong presentation and moderation skills.
• Digital affinity : very good MS Office skills

• Flexibility in terms of location: you will be working at customer sites, from the Capgemini Invent offices (Geneva or Zurich), and from home.
