Your role

Are you detail oriented, even while multitasking?

Are you interested in financial products as well as regulatory requirements?

We’re looking for someone like that to:

work on Regulatory Transaction Reporting for SFTR, EMIR, Finfra G Art 104 & Art 39 on a daily basis, with focus on the upcoming Regulatory changes and Automation
ensure market mandatory changes, internal changes (i.e. booking system migrations/decommissions) and process automation changes lead to front to back completeness, accuracy and timeliness for transactions and perform complex exception management where needed
manage standard operating procedures and work on process enhancements
work with stakeholders (IT, Legal & Compliance, Middle Office etc) to understand the root cause of issues and identify solutions
ensure the banks' infrastructure is updated with any regulatory changes for Fin Fra G, SFTR, EMIR
identify risk items and escalate accordingly to senior management

Your team

You’ll be working within Regulatory Transaction Reporting in IB Operations Switzerland. Our unit sits within the Investment Bank. We offer a versatile and dynamic product and process environment, which will be continuously developed and redesigned. In addition we are operating internationally within a F2B integrated business model. Our portfolio includes critical success factors in the front-to-back process for Transaction Reporting processing. It offers our employees interesting insights into the entire value chain within the transactions lifecycle, markets and system infrastructure.

Your expertise

experience in regulatory reporting activities
data management experience including data analysis to the root cause
work experience within Change the Bank functions or an aligned department
IT affinity with strong Excel & VBA skills and willingness to learn new programs (Alteryx, Power BI)
strong English language skills (spoken and written)
motivated, self-directed and driven (always staying up to date and improving)
proactive, customer and goal-oriented with good team spirit
reliable, accurate, risk-conscious and efficient even under time pressure
