Regulatory Reporting Analyst

The Finance analyst is responsible for the monitoring of the financial information of the Bank . Responsibilities include but are not limited to, regulatory reporting, accounting entries and Financial reporting.

Regulatory Reporting

Preparation of the regulatory reports to the Swiss National Bank
Management of the annual audit carried out by PWC
Monitoring new regulatory laws as well as their application on the Bank
Participation in seminars regarding regulatory reporting
Participation in bank wide projects impacting regulatory reporting

Financial reporting

Preparation of reports to the parent company and bank's management
Daily monitoring of financial ratios

Other

Implementation of Santander policies
Participate in new projects that involve the area

Other duties as assigned or requested by immediate supervisor

Specialized Knowledge

Able to maintain the highest degree on confidentiality and professional discretion.

Knowledge in accounting and regulatory reporting

Excel, Fi RE (Regulatory reporting), T24, Power Point.

Ability to multitask, prioritize activities, manage conflicts of interest, meet deadlines while working in a fast paced environment.

Ability to achieve efficient and productive results by working together with different departments.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience

Business Experience : 1-3 years of relevant experience or demonstrated required level of proficiency

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Fi RE knowledge an asset
Basic Analytical Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive, organized

English is mandatory, Spanish and French are an asset
