Your role

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Asset Management Graduate Talent Program.

You’ll get to:

build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy
support teams who provide private, institutional, and corporate clients with financial advice and solutions
learn about all major traditional and alternative asset classes
develop a strong understanding of investments and financial markets

Your team

You’ll be working as a part of a large-scale global asset manager offering investment capabilities and styles across all major traditional and alternative asset classes, from active to passive and including a comprehensive sustainable investing offering.

Specifically, you’ll be part of central Sustainability team for GRA in Zurich, which is part of UBS Asset Management (AM). We cover a wide range of topics including the definition of sustainable investment (SI) approaches, product conversion and launches, research/thought leadership, regulation, education, collaboration across UBS Group and industry, data analysis, etc. The team forms the main interface between the central AM Sustainable Investing team and the ESG experts within the GRA asset classes.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

will graduate with a Bachelor or Master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to starting our program, with less than 12-months of work experience post-graduation
has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
is fluent in English, good understanding of German is an advantage

Your program

Our Graduate Talent Program in Asset Management Investments is 18 months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of asset management. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
