Complete an internship project at SOPHi A GENETICS whose mission is to build the future of AI-assisted medicine, joining the HR Operations Team as a HR Coordinator Intern.
Your mission:
Join the HR team at SOPHi A GENETICS and assist in optimizing HR administration processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. You will work closely with HR professionals to manage employee records, contracts, and HR databases while contributing to administrative tasks that enhance the overall employee experience. This internship will give you hands-on experience in HR operations and provide you with valuable skills to support a global organization.
You will be involved in:

• Maintaining accurate employee records and files, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.

• Updating personnel data (address, contact information, etc.) in the HRIS and other tracking systems.

• Managing employment contracts, agreements, and amendments, ensuring timely and accurate updates.

• Assisting with office management duties to ensure smooth operations and coordination within the HR department.

• Supporting HR-related inquiries from employees, providing assistance and guidance as needed.

• Managing HR databases and tracking software, ensuring data accuracy and security.

Requirements
The experience you bring:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.) and HRIS platforms.

• Strong organizational and data management skills with attention to detail.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and manage HR data effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.

• A proactive, dynamic, and detail-oriented personality with a curiosity for learning.

• An interest in performing administrative tasks and contributing to team success in a fast-paced environment.
