IT Coordination activities for insourced and outsourced for the site and production environment;

First & second level support for insourced infrastructure and end-users;

Provide and coordinate technical support for internal and external applications;

Collaboration with external IT providers to ensure the smooth operation and support of both insourced and outsourced ICT infrastructure and applications;

First & second level support for insourced infrastructure and end-users.

5 years IT Support and/or IT Coordination minimum;

IT Technician Advanced Diploma or Higher Education and/or successful track record in IT Support Operations and Applications;

Knowledge on Microsoft Windows Server Administration - in managing and configuring Microsoft Windows Server environments;

Knowledge on Server Virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or similar platforms, is a an advantage;

Cloud Technologies and Integration – Knowledge of cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS, particularly in hybrid environments, for application hosting, backups, and scalability;

Fluency in Italian and English.
