As an Internal Communications Coordinator Purina Europe, you will inform, engage and motivate employees at the Purina House as well as provide high quality & proactive support to the Head of Corporate Communications & Sustainability and her team.


A Day in the Life of an Internal Communications Coordinator Purina Europe


60% Purina Europe Employee Engagement Coordination support:

• Coordinate the planning for the Nestlé Purina Management Conference
• Lead the Nestlé Purina Pets@Work project for local implementation in Switzerland offices
• Support business updates: webcasts and announcements (3-4 a year)
• Support Internal communication campaigns & events management
• Coordinate the Nestlé Purina Priorities booklet
• Lead the execution and timely update of the Nestlé Purina corporate images photobank
• Po C for any communication assets requests from markets and functions
• Manage the Internal Digital platforms (The Nest, Workplace, Poppulo)
• Lead the transition from Workplace to Viva Engage and coordinate the new tool
• Support the annual #Proud To Be Purina survey: questionnaire preparation, survey cascading and results analysis

40% Personal & Team Assistant support:

• Manage yearly calendar plan
• Organise meetings (F2F, Net Zero, MORs….) and proactively manage Outlook agenda; plan travel & process expenses
• Keep relevant distribution lists up to date, update org chart and other team documents
• Support in the organisation of internal / external events
• Manage budget tracking and support on the PR/PO.
• Manage team's digital agreements & Share Points groups

What will make you successful

• First professional experience in a similar position within Nestlé or similar experience in a comparable role; general interest in communications & digital topics
• Proactive, self-starter with forward thinking and continuous improvement mindset
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills (verbal & written)
• Proven organization & prioritization skills and ability to work with tight deadlines
• Service-oriented and open-minded with a strong drive
• ISIT savvy: very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP, Intranet, Share Point, Workplace and Concur
• Knowledge of video and visual editing tools would be a plus (Canva, Power Director, Adobe)
• Fluency in English, French would be a plus
