Global Head of Omnichannel Platform
(f/m/d) (100 %)
The Global Head of Omnichannel Platform leads the development and management of Triumph's global omnichannel platform, creating seamless customer experiences across e-commerce, retail stores, mobile apps, e POS systems, and customer service. This role oversees a global team of information technology professionals, driving innovation and ensuring an integrated experience for our customers across all regions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and enhance Triumph’s Direct-to-Consumer platform to support global scalability, flexibility, and future growth.
- Deliver consistent customer experiences across all channels, leveraging a headless architecture to support localized interfaces with a unified global backend.
- Build, lead and develop global teams of software engineers, architects, and solution managers. Foster collaboration across regions (Europe, Asia, and Japan) to align with e-commerce, marketing, and retail goals.
- Bridge technology teams and regional business units, ensuring platform solutions meet both global standards and local market needs. Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and retail teams to drive a unified omnichannel strategy.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, enhance platform capabilities, and stay ahead of industry trends to meet evolving consumer expectations.
- Implement a scalable global architecture while allowing localized adaptations to meet specific market requirements, maintaining a consistent brand identity.
- Manage the budget for platform initiatives and oversee relationships with external vendors, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Your Ideal Profile:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- You possess a minimum of 10 years of experience leading omnichannel or digital platform strategies, including e-commerce and retail.
- You have a proven track record of building and managing global platforms with headless architecture.
- You can successfully manage agile, cross-functional teams across multiple regions.
- You have strong knowledge of consumer-focused technologies, including e POS systems, mobile apps, and backend services.
- You possess fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- You demonstrate intercultural awareness and the ability to work effectively in diverse environments.
- You have a strong business sense, are eager to learn, and are enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- You are a quick, analytical thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments.
