- Office management for the CEO and Director People & Culture
- Preparation of internal and external workshops, events and functions
- Preparation of documents, creation of presentations
- Taking minutes of executive management meetings
- Contract management incl. document filing
- Managing travel management
- Taking on specific tasks, analyses, research and projects for the CEO and Director People & Culture, according to agreement and interests
- Administrative support for the Chairperson of the Board of Directors and the Board of Directors by proxy
- Deputizing for the Executive Assistant of the CFO
- Business administration training or further education as an executive assistant
- Several years of experience in a similar function in an international industrial environment
- Very good oral and written German and English skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Service-oriented organizational talent, very reliable, independent and a team player
- Well-structured and actively thinking way of working, hands-on and proactive
- Absolute discretion
We offer you an exciting and challenging role with direct reporting line to our CEO. You will be able to shape our corporate communication and have a significant influence on how BUCHI is perceived both from the outside as well as from the inside. In this position you will be the interface between various stakeholders in a highly interesting, international, and innovative environment.
