In this function, you act as an interface between a wide range of internal and external contacts worldwide and support the CEO and other members of the Executive Board in all administrative and organizational matters.

• Office management for the CEO and Director People & Culture
• Preparation of internal and external workshops, events and functions
• Preparation of documents, creation of presentations
• Taking minutes of executive management meetings
• Contract management incl. document filing
• Managing travel management
• Taking on specific tasks, analyses, research and projects for the CEO and Director People & Culture, according to agreement and interests
• Administrative support for the Chairperson of the Board of Directors and the Board of Directors by proxy
• Deputizing for the Executive Assistant of the CFO

What skills do you need to bring?

• Business administration training or further education as an executive assistant
• Several years of experience in a similar function in an international industrial environment
• Very good oral and written German and English skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Service-oriented organizational talent, very reliable, independent and a team player
• Well-structured and actively thinking way of working, hands-on and proactive
• Absolute discretion
