Marketing Campaign Manager

- Collaborate with marketing, product management and data teams to develop and execute consistent, measurable lead generation programs using digital marketing strategies
- Ideate exciting customer journeys that will increase the number of generated leads globally
- Test and monitor campaigns to optimize performance and conversion rates
- Search for new trends in marketing to find new lead sources
- Ensure that the organization’s brand and identity is followed in all activities
- Degree in marketing or communication with solid experience in B2B lead generation and in crafting effective marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in database marketing including list segmentation and data hygiene
- Creative, open minded, able to work independently on multiple projects
- Enjoy working in an international team and with teams around the world
- Fluent in English (the team language) with excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud)
