For a medium size investment management firm based in Geneva we are looking for the right hand to Executives / CEO in the planning and coordination of all global operational tasks.

Your mission:

Participation in the strategy of the company along with the CEO
Working closely with different internal stakeholders to ensure all cross-functional work and projects are meeting deadlines and goals
Budget planning for Operations and outsourcing activities
Monitor and coordinate external and internal service providers and counterparties such as FINMA, Auditors, Custody Banks, Consultants, IT vendors, etc
Collaborating with the different teams such as compliance and risk, finance and investment in procuring and designing niche products to best benefit the organisation and its client
Carrying out operational risk and due diligence

The ideal candidate will hold the following requirements:

Excellent investment products knowledge across all asset classes as well as compliance understanding
A finance background would be ideal
Extensive experience gained within a reputable Asset Management firm
Flawless written English skills and demonstrable editorial skills as well as a good level of spoken French
Excellent communication style. You are able to communicate effectively in a coherent and clear manner
Strong sense of ethics, flexibility, pragmatism and team work
