• Academic degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Project management training; certifications like SAFe Agile or ITIL V4 are a plus.
• Experience leading in a matrix organization and building trusted relationships across teams.
• Fluent English and Swedish communication skills (spoken and written).
• Analytical mindset with excellent facilitation and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops is advantageous.
