Are you an experienced leader in product development and project management with a passion for building efficient teams? Can you balance strategic business development with operational problem-solving in a global, dynamic environment? If so, you could be our next PD PMO Manager.
De Laval’s Product Development Project Management Office (PD PMO) has locations in Tumba, Sweden, and Wroclaw, Poland. We are looking for a new manager for our Swedish office, overseeing a team of 10+ experienced project managers driving international projects supported by our five R&D locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure effective cross-functional execution of R&D programs and projects, including hardware, software, maintenance, and quality improvements.
- Lead and develop a team of project managers, fostering collaboration, growth, and accountability.
- Participate in project portfolio, financial, and resource planning.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management, aligning software and hardware practices.
Qualifications and experience
- Several years in product development roles and solid experience in managing senior teams.
- Experience from large-scale, multi-site product development projects as well as multi-project steering from early stages to industrialization.
- Familiar with both Waterfall and agile Wo W for SW and HW projects.
- Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent degree.
- Proficient in English language.

Your problem-solving abilities and experience in intercultural cooperation enable you to work seamlessly across diverse teams. You are skilled at navigating efficiently across all levels and areas of an organization, ensuring smooth and productive collaboration.

This is a full-time permanent position based at De Laval’s headquarters in Tumba, south of Stockholm. You will report to De Laval PMO Director and be part of the PMO Management team. We offer a hybrid workplace.
