GC Nordic is seeking a dynamic Area Manager to lead our business development efforts in Sweden and Norway, with a focus on building strong relationships, achieving sales growth, and driving operational excellence.

- Lead and Develop Business: Drive sales and business development activities across Sweden and Norway, ensuring achievement of sales targets and growth objectives.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dental clinics, distributors, and key opinion leaders.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Implement sales strategies, pricing policies, and promotional activities in line with GC's overall objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product Management) to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.
- Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate challenges.
- Team Collaboration: Support and work closely with the broader GC Nordic team to ensure alignment and knowledge-sharing across markets.
- A proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- A proactive and practical approach to solving problems and seizing opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results.
- Resident of Sweden.
