In the role of IT Workplace Specialist at Power Co, you will be supporting with the management and enhancement our workplace IT infrastructure. This position focuses on providing advanced technical support, managing a wide array of workplace applications, and ensuring the efficient onboarding of new users. You will be supporting with the handling of complex issues related to IT equipment, application installation, and user support, ensuring a high standard of operational efficiency and user satisfaction within the company.





At least 3 years of experience in an IT support role, with extensive knowledge in managing workplace technology.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Alternatively, extensive professional experience in IT logistics may be considered.
