You will be responsible for designing the integration architecture and providing guidance to integration specialists in developing integration solutions for our clients' projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business requirements and be able to collaborate with business and technology leaders, enterprise architects, and end-users to propose and implement solutions.
Main responsibilities:

• Design and validate complex architectures, ensuring successful implementation.
• Analyze and challenge multiple IT scenarios based on the business environment.
• Design and document integration architecture and solutions, incorporating design patterns, best practices, and adherence to standards while minimizing custom development.
• Collaborate with the internal team to design Salesforce integrations from a data and integration perspective.
• Lead a team of integration specialists, both onshore and offshore, in building and testing the documented design.
• Utilize project management and interpersonal skills to oversee concurrent projects, working with internal and external teams.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Application Integration Architecture, API and Microservices architecture, Solution Design, and Development using SOA/EAI solutions. Mulesoft or Talend knowledge or exprience is a plus.
• Extensive experience in system implementation processes, including design, configuration, customization, integration, testing, and support.
• Ability to document requirements for developers and a solid understanding.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills, with experience in Agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders, support personnel, and clients at all levels. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to successfully juggle multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines at once.
• Experience integrating with CRM solutions, with broad knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) being advantageous.
