- Project Management & Output: Own and drive the implementation of smart automation solutions, conduct Proofs of Concept (Po C), and scale successful initiatives into long-term, impactful solutions. Your results-oriented mindset will ensure the delivery of measurable outcomes that make a tangible difference to the business.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or relevant certifications in areas such as RPA, data analytics, or project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum) are highly valued.
- 5+ years of experience in Global Business Services (GBS) environment with focus on finance automation or digital transformation projects, exposure to technologies like AI, ML, or cloud-based platforms (e.g., Azure).
- Excellent command of both oral and written English.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SAP (FI, CO, MM modules), process experience (O2C, P2P, R2R), and automation tools. Strong skills in process modeling, data-driven decision-making, and resolving technical issues.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong ability to assess complex processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop innovative, data-backed solutions to optimize performance.
- Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. Your leadership will inspire others and foster a collaborative, innovative environment.
