Regional Sales Manager (South Korea)

Job Description: Are you a seasoned sales professional with a demonstrated track record of successfully promoting and selling products or services to B2B clients? Mapsted is actively seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in driving the growth and success of our company, specializing in delivering tailored solutions to a diverse range of businesses. Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of achieving and surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within various industries, with a focus on understanding the unique needs of different B2B clients.
- Leverage your expertise to identify and cultivate new business opportunities across diverse sectors, tailoring your approach to address the specific requirements of each client.
- Build and nurture robust, long-lasting client relationships, gaining profound insights into their distinct needs and delivering customized solutions.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies and tactics within different markets, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and stay ahead of industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to B2B clients.
- Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to specific industries, addressing particular questions and concerns.
- Lead contract negotiations and agreements within various sectors, consistently achieving and surpassing revenue objectives.
- Provide regular, data-driven reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress toward industry-specific targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and foster enduring relationships within diverse industries.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal, adapting to the terminology and challenges relevant to each industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals, coupled with a self-motivated drive to excel in B2B technology sales.
- Strong aptitude for independent work and effective time management
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar role, with a strong preference for experience in technology or Saa S industries.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a deep understanding of sales techniques and business development processes.
- Experience selling to clients across various industries, with the ability to adapt sales strategies to different market dynamics.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of creating and delivering compelling presentations.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience leading contract discussions and closing deals.

- B2B sales: 10 years (Required)
