Job Description

• Provide on-site customer training including IV hands on skill set for BD medication delivery solution product in accordance with relevant policies, guideline and BD training materials to convert from BD conventional products or competitors’ products to BD safety products
• Prepares and presents seminars to a wide array of audience
• Interpret and understand customer requirements, and how they relate to product functionality and performance
• Provides periodic reports to management including activity in the field, customer complaints, trend analyses, and suggestions for improvement.
• Resolves and/or escalates customer issues & complaints
• Act as liaison between the hospital personnel and BD
• Accompany BD Sales and BD distributor to provide applications assistance
• Presents on-going status to hospital stake holders including procurement, nursing department and head of departments
