Your Mission:
As a Senior Travel Designer, you’ll be the dedicated consultant, the master behind every booking, ensuring that every itinerary is meticulously planned and flawlessly executed. You’ll be responsible for the accuracy and financial health of each booking, creating travel experiences that exceed expectations from start to finish.

Where You’ll Be Based:
This is a hybrid role based in the stunning city of Cape Town, where you’ll blend the flexibility of remote work with the vibrancy of a bustling urban environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Collaborating closely with the Reservations Manager, ensuring every booking is perfectly planned and flawlessly executed.
Handling all aspects of bookings, from accommodations and flights to transfers and tours, ensuring every detail is in place.
Maintaining organized and up-to-date booking files, including all correspondence, costings, invoices, and itineraries.
Providing continuous communication and top-notch service to agents, building trust-based relationships that last.
Designing and quoting travel itineraries that not only meet but exceed the needs and expectations of agents and their guests.

Who You Are:
You’ve got a Matric certificate with maths, and a tertiary certificate in Travel & Tourism or Hospitality is a plus.
With 4-6 years of senior experience, you’re a pro at handling customer relationships and crafting exceptional travel journeys in the inbound travel industry.
Your knowledge of South and East Africa is unparalleled, with expertise in regions like Cape Town, Garden Route, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia, and East Africa.
You’re tech-savvy with a solid grasp of booking systems like Wilderness Window, Tour Plan, and WETU, and you’re a wizard with Microsoft Office.
Your communication skills in English are impeccable, and you’ve got an eagle eye for detail.
