From 2012 to the present, Hisense's product sales in the South African market have been increasing year by year. As of 2019, Hisense's refrigerators had a sales volume share of 29% and ranked first in the South African market, with sales revenue also at 26% and ranking first. Hisense's televisions had a sales volume share of 26% and ranked first in the South African market, with sales revenue at 24% and ranking second.
Product Line Assistant [产品线助理]
Job Purpose:
To support the Product Line Management team by ensuring effective coordination, accurate data handling, and timely execution of tasks related to product orders, certifications, pricing, and strategic planning.
Job Description：
· Order Management: Address and resolve order agreement issues. Accurately input order requirements into relevant systems.
· Product Support: Deliver new product information to relevant stakeholders. Assist with product certifications and organize training sessions.
· Data Preparation: Prepare and consolidate data for submission to headquarters.
· Strategic Planning: Assist the Product Line Manager in creating weekly Sales Order (SO) improvement plans. Monitor and follow up on the implementation of these plans.
· Analysis and Reporting: Collaborate with the Director of Production Line on analyzing product and pricing trends. Summarize key issues and recommend actionable solutions.
· General Support: Provide assistance to the Associate Product Line Director on various daily tasks and ad hoc projects.
Recruitment Requirement：
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
· Previous experience in product line support, supply chain, or administrative roles is advantageous.
· Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word
· Language：English and Chinese Mandarin, CET-4 or higher in English, proficient in using office software.
· Additional Preference：Open to long-term overseas assignments and frequent business travel.
