Job Purpose:

Your tasks
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:-
The custodian and executor of the Krones Southern Africa Service Admin processes
- Quotations
- Timesheet Verification
- Overtime
- Expenses and S&T
- Travel Invoices
- Subcontractor Invoices
- Reconcile Projects
- Capturing of times,
- Final Quotations and Invoices
- Reclamation management support
- Delegating tasks to team with set timelines.
- Collaborating closely between departments (LCS and Service, Finance, HR) on daily business processes regarding finance queries, project service admin and identifying gaps within that process, collaboration and share areas or ideas of improvement. Ensure the knowledge of the team members is reflected in those suggestions.
- Ensure response time on internal and external queries is handled according to expectations and met by the team.
- Clarification support with Germany on quotations and invoices if required.
- Assist the Administration Manager in organizing, managing and running regular meetings with the team.
- Proactive participation in personal development along with direct line manager.
- Responsible in supporting the Coordinators in report generation
Your profile
- Tertiary qualification, preferably in administration and Formal Management Qualification/Certification
- 5 + years work experience in Administration
- MS Office knowledge
- SAP and CRM knowledge
- Customer orientated, and excellent communication skills
- Good analytical skills

- Degree in Business Admin
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience within the FMCG industry
