Position: Hub Spot Designer & Developer
Role Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Hub Spot professional with strong skills in both design and technical development to join our team. This role requires someone who can creatively design user-friendly, visually appealing Hub Spot assets while also managing the technical aspects of development, from setup to ongoing optimization and understanding how the design and technical aspects within Hubspot come together.
As a client-facing role, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, deliver high-quality solutions, and guide them through the platform’s possibilities, ensuring alignment with their brand and business objectives. This role will require good time management in how you work + experience in managing client expectations.

Role Overview:

This role requires someone who can creatively design user-friendly, visually appealing Hub Spot assets while also managing the technical aspects of development, from setup to ongoing optimization and understanding how the design and technical aspects within Hubspot come together.
As a client-facing role, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, deliver high-quality solutions, and guide them through the platform’s possibilities, ensuring alignment with their brand and business objectives. This role will require good time management in how you work + experience in managing client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Hub Spot landing pages, email templates, and website elements that align with the client’s brand guidelines and marketing goals.
- Customize and implement Hub Spot modules, workflows, and custom code to create tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, provide recommendations, and translate ideas into effective designs and implementations.
- Manage the technical aspects of Hub Spot integrations, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth performance.
- Guide clients on best practices within Hub Spot, supporting them in achieving their CRM, marketing, and website goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Hub Spot’s latest features and capabilities to provide clients with informed recommendations.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Hub Spot design and development, with a proven track record of client-facing work.
- Design Skills: Proficient in creating visually compelling, responsive designs that prioritize usability, brand coherence, and engagement.
- Development Skills: Expertise in HTML, CSS, Java Script, and Hub Spot’s CMS, with experience implementing custom modules, templates, and workflows.
- Client Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing Hub Spot assets and integrations.
- Project Management: Capable of managing multiple projects and timelines, with an understanding of deadlines and client expectations.
- Hub Spot Certification: Hub Spot certifications are preferred but not required.
- Passionate about providing exceptional client service and helping brands maximize their use of Hub Spot.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with an eye for quality and a commitment to delivering top-notch work.
- Self-motivated and proactive in keeping up with Hub Spot’s evolving platform and digital marketing trends. Team player, open to feedback and collaboration.

This role is Remote within CET time zones. Remote in South Africa.
