About the Role:
As the Duty Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining the hotel's high standards of service and operational excellence. You’ll be the go-to person for overseeing daily operations, managing guest relations, and ensuring everything runs smoothly in this upscale environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role within a luxury property.
- Leadership Skills: You should be confident in leading teams, managing shifts, and resolving guest concerns with a smile.
- Guest-Centric Approach: Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and maintaining the hotel's reputation for excellence.
- Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure all departments are performing at their best.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively to enhance their stay.
- Collaborate with various teams to maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety.
- Support the management team in implementing hotel policies and procedures.
- Competitive Salary: R20,000 per month.
