Job Summary:
As the Dental Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our practice. You will oversee administrative functions, manage patient relationships, and support our team of dental professionals in delivering world-class care. This role requires a well-presented and highly organized individual with a proven track record in dental or healthcare management.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the practice, ensuring seamless workflow and efficiency.
• Supervise and support administrative and clinical staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee patient scheduling, billing, and records management to maintain optimal patient care standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and practice policies.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain patients.
• Handle financial reporting, budgeting, and cost management.
• Resolve patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain the practice’s upmarket image and ensure a welcoming environment for all patients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Dental Practice Manager or similar role in a healthcare setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in practice management software and general office applications.
• Impeccable presentation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology is a plus.

Pay: R25 000,00 - R35 000,00 per month
