We are seeking a proactive and organized Temporary Showroom Assistant to support the smooth operation of our showroom and related activities. The ideal candidate will manage multiple tasks effectively, ensure the showroom functions seamlessly, and provide support during special events.


What you will do :

• Manage the showroom to maintain a professional and welcoming environment, including stock checking and coordinating inbound/outbound shipment packing and unpacking.
• Oversee pantry supplies and handle administrative tasks such as mailing, courier services, and mobile data activation.
• Manage the event calendar to ensure timely scheduling and organization of activities.
• Perform front desk duties, including greeting visitors and responding to inquiries.
• Provide support during buying days and events, including setup, logistics, and coordination.
Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as required to ensure smooth operations.

• Ability to manage physical tasks such as shipment handling.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills (e.g., email, Microsoft Excel).
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and ad-hoc assignments.
Commitment to the entire 6-month contract period with full onsite availability.
