Sephora SEA’s omni channel business spans over 8 countries (Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand) with 100+ stores and boasts some global flagships such as ION and Raffles City in Singapore, F88 in Kuala Lumpur and Pitt Street in Sydney. Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e., Click and collect and marketplace).

Sephora Internship – Regional Marketing Projects (January to June 2025) –

The Sephora Regional Marketing Team sits in our regional headquarter here in Singapore and is responsible for the ideation of regional strategies & initiatives for exciting campaigns across the region.


Some examples of projects the Intern(s) will be exposed to (each of the 4 interns will be tasked to take on 1 out of the 4 different project domains as follows);

• House of Sephora & Press Event Creative Ideation, content planning & copywriting
• Campaigns to elevate our CRM program & membership program – to elevate consumer loyalty in Sephora as a brand
• Gift with Purchase Project – to increase the desirability of our Sephora Gift with Purchase opportunities especially for exciting category segments
• Sephora Birthday Benefits – enhance the perks of Sephora Beauty Pass to make it an even more rewarding program for our consumers
