Westpoint is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our
team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business,
building strong relationships with clients, and leading a team of talented sales professionals.
The scope of work of this role will be as follows:
1. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
2. Oversee the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.
3. Track and analyse sales performance, reporting on results to senior leadership.
4. Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
5. Implement training sessions for junior sales executives with the objective of honing
sales pitch skills, customer communications, presentation and preparations, and all
sales-related functions.
6. Manage a personal annual key performance indicator target, as well as supervise
his/her team’s performance and target-tracking; and
7. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure targets are met.
8. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer
satisfaction.
9. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
We are looking for a candidate with these qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
2. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Ability to motivate and lead a team towards achieving sales targets.
5. A results-oriented approach with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $5,100.00 per month
