• Market and solicit orders for the Employer's products (halal frozen food products), subject to acceptance by the Employer, to prospective customers located in Singapore; and develop sales leads, and maintain positive business relationships by provided support, information, and guidance.
  

• Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors, and prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information. The Employee shall quote only the prices, delivery dates and other terms and conditions supplied by the Employer and no deviations shall be made therefrom.
  

• All orders solicited and taken by the Employee shall be submitted to the Employer and are subject to acceptance and confirmation in writing by the Employer. Only the Employer shall make decisions regarding a customer’s credit and all matters relating to billing to customers. The Employee shall assist the Employer in obtaining credit information relating to customers or prospective customers.
  

• The Employer shall pay a commission to the Employee entered into by the Employer with customers obtained primarily through the efforts of the Employee, in accordance with the fee schedule set forth in Staff Memorandums to the Sales Department. The Employee shall be paid a commission upon full receipt of payment by the customer, rather than based on invoices.
