The Opportunity

In this role you will assist Senior Sales Executive and cover Sales Support role to maintain a high level of engagement with customers, work closely with Sales Team, Finance Team (receipt of payments) and Warehouse Team. You will also coordinate and oversees end-to-end logistics operations and all shipping-related matter and communicate with overseas agent

Getting rates / quotes from existing agents to quote customers.
Negotiate, compare and prepare quotations for potential customers. Cover sales support when needed
Explore improvement in existing process
Verification of freight invoices, submission of payment
Improve and do up SOP for existing operations
Perform other ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by immediate supervisor / manager.

What you’ll need to succeed

Experience in Freight Operations
Well versed with Incoterms
Knowledge in Batam, Indonesia feeder trade is a plus.
Knowledge of Cargowise is a plus
Experienced in shipping quotations and liaising with overseas agent
